Student information deserves restraint.
This operational notice explains the information the Learning Hub uses, why it is needed, and the choices available to learners and families.
Information used
The hub uses verified account identity, assigned roles, learner and guardian contact information, Colorado residence, district selection, electronically signed notice-of-intent details, support requests, and security activity needed to provide and protect access. It does not ask users to submit passwords or verification codes.
How information is used
Information is used for enrollment review, district-notice preparation, account authorization, approved Alma and learning-service connections, student support, and security auditing. Official grades, attendance, and transcripts remain in Alma rather than this hub.
Service providers
Clerk provides authentication. Alma and approved school systems may provide roster, course, calendar, and records destinations after authorization. Each provider operates under its own published terms and privacy practices.
Questions and corrections
