These participation terms establish clear expectations for accounts, registration documents, learning destinations, and shared school systems.
Accounts
Use your own verified account, keep recovery methods current, and never share passwords or verification codes. Access is limited to invited or approved learners, guardians, and staff.
District notice
The registration workflow prepares and preserves a signed copy of the family's notice of intent. The parent, guardian, or eligible adult learner remains responsible for submitting it to the selected Colorado district, confirming receipt, renewing it annually, and following current district and state requirements.
Records and decisions
The Learning Hub is a launch and coordination service. Alma remains the authoritative destination for official grades, attendance, enrollment, and transcripts.
Access review
StarPath may suspend access when needed to protect learners or systems. Contact support to request review or correct an account issue.
